From her first job at 13 to leading diversity recruiting programs for major organizations, Kristina has always been passionate about connecting people with opportunities.

During her tenure at TD Ameritrade, Kristina implemented the company’s first virtual internship program and led initiatives that expanded diversity recruiting, making TD Ameritrade a leader in attracting diverse talent in financial services. Her work didn’t just change hiring practices; it changed lives by opening doors for underrepresented groups.

Kristina’s passion extends beyond corporate success. As a career coach, she empowers ambitious women to find career clarity and increase their earning potential. She regularly volunteers with Braven, a program dedicated to helping young people from underrepresented backgrounds secure strong career opportunities.

Through TKO, Kristina partners with colleges, universities, and small minority-owned businesses to ensure that under-resourced students and organizations have the support they need to succeed.
