Hi, I'm Kristina Butler, MSHRD, PHR, SHRM-CP

For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of recruiting, workforce development, and career empowerment — supporting thousands of professionals in landing aligned roles while helping organizations refine the way they attract and grow talent.

I’ve led high-volume hiring during periods of rapid expansion at Fortune 500 companies. I’ve launched inclusive apprenticeship programs in underserved communities. I’ve coached mid-career women through career pivots and helped universities rethink how they prepare students for the real world.

And through it all, one theme has been consistent:
The cost of misalignment is too high — and too often ignored.
