Talent Strategy Audit

$750 – $1,500

For small organizations (25–250 employees), nonprofits, or startups that have frozen hiring or lost HR staff. If you know something is off but can't quite name it—this is where we start.


I'll review how your roles are defined versus what you actually need, identify where hiring friction or risk is coming from, and flag what's unrealistic, unclear, or outdated.
